- Someone on Facebook was looking for a plugin to synthesise electrical arc sounds, but couldn’t find one. So I decided to have ago. I also got interested in the sound of “Singing Tesla Coils” which also feature electric arcs but play pitched sound to make music, so that’s also provided for in the plugin.
Get it for free from www.flowstoners... in the Quilcom section. To find a particular plugin, click on the Quilcom tab and do CNTRL-F to open a search dialogue and type in the name, e.g. SIM-ARC. Click on the picture to download the zip which includes 32 and 64 bit plugins and a 32 bit one for XP users. Windows only (sorry!). For some browsers it seems you have to right-click on the picture and choose to save the link. I’ve been told this is because my site doesn’t use https.

Fantastic as always. Excellent for wailing electrocution solo’s. One suggestion for V2: envelope generators.
